That means you\u2019re never going to see foie gras and crate-raised veal on the menu (sorry\/not sorry), but you will get local and sustainable seafood, cage-free eggs, and farm-to-fork produce. You\u2019ll also get a wide variety of food that fits every appetite\u2013from vegan to paleo.<\/p>\n<p>And St. Mary\u2019s commitment to being environmentally responsible (sixth in Princeton Review\u2019s Top 50 Green Colleges) extends to our latest low-carbon initiative: reusable to-go boxes. So you can have an amazing meal with your toes dangling in the river, while simultaneously nixing styrofoam waste and reducing our campus\u2019s carbon footprint.
