Study Tours are academic adventures abroad, usually 1-4 weeks long, led by an experienced leader; a fantastic way to learn about local culture while fulfilling academic requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Students attend information sessions on campus to determine if a study tour is the best fit, and are encouraged to schedule an appointment with the OIE for more information.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that study tours are mostly offered in summer, for which the deadline for application is<strong> January 1st<\/strong>. Spring Study Tour deadlines are <strong>October 1st.\u00a0<\/strong>All applications can be found on <a href=\"http:\/\/smcm.via-trm.com\">Via TRM.<\/a> Prerequisites can vary, but most will have the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2.0 minimum GPA<\/li>\n<li>Judicial and Academic Conduct Checks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tours can have varying eligibility requirements, costs and deadlines, so please see the individual pages for more details.
