Starting middle to late March, new students that have paid the $500 college deposit (which includes the housing deposit) can access Residence at <a href=\"https:\/\/smcm-residence.symplicity.com\">https:\/\/smcm-residence.symplicity.com<\/a> and log into the system using their SMCM network information. Access to Residence should be granted within 1-2 business days after payment has been received.<\/p>\n<p>You can secure on-campus housing\u00a0by completing the housing contract using the following steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log in to <a href=\"https:\/\/smcm-residence.symplicity.com\">Residence<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Look for the section on the homepage labeled &#8220;Applications&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the blue \u201cGet Started\u201d button next to &#8220;New Student Housing Contract&#8221; to complete the application (which is your housing contract).<\/li>\n<li>Read and submit the housing contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>All students must complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSetjZ5IPDsP0OCiseD7pWrElWQOgsPk4sGYW1MTgoFJHs1zkA\/viewform?c=0&amp;w=1\">Housing Contract and Drug Acknowledgment form (Google Doc)<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All resident students are required to read and submit the Housing Contract before moving into the residences. A housing assignment cannot be made until the contract is submitted.
